Puppet Making and Workshops
From state of the art carved Marionettes to quick, simple Hand Puppets.
In a school week’s time, Mr. Butterworth conducted an individual program for each class in which every student made a beautiful puppet centered around a curriculum based grade level theme chosen by the teachers and our school curriculum specialist. Each child had the opportunity to present their puppet to their classmates in a brief skit using a puppet theater. The teachers have been subsequently using the puppets to work with their students in creative writing and other endeavors. Mr. Butterworth has an elegant style of working with both the children and the staff. He made us all feel so creative and accomplished with the end puppet results. He is fun, organized and keeps all ages involved and on task.
